CEM — Costruzioni Elettro Montaggi — is established. Activities begin with industrial electrical plants, electromechanical assembly and maintenance in San Giovanni Teatino, Abruzzo. This is where the group’s industrial experience begins.
SI.TE.A.
SI.TE.A. — Sistemi Tecnologici Applicati — joins CEM in Chieti Scalo. Production of medium- and low-voltage switchboards is combined with precision metalwork: cutting, punching, bending and welding.
CIND
CIND is established in Pescara. Years of technical knowledge expand into systems integration, electronics, automation, revamping, protection, control and supervision of industrial plants.
CIND EUROPE
CIND EUROPE is established in Bucharest, strengthening the group’s reach across borders with products and services for energy and automation technologies.
